Question:
How many lessons will it take to learn how to ride?
Answer:
Our goal is to provide the skills and confidence needed to ride after the initial lesson. If you or your child aren't riding riding during the intial lesson, it is likely that you/your child will be riding after a little independent practice. We are more than happy to work with the learner more but it often is not needed.
Question:
Do you offer group lessons?
Answer:
We have done group lessons in the past but we have had significantly increased our success rate of getting children riding before the end of the first lesson with the individual design.
Question:
Do you rent or loan out equipment?
Answer:
All of our instructors have Guardian Bikes to teach lessons on but we want you to also bring your child's bike. There aren't any additional fees if we work with your child on our Guardian Bikes.
Question:
What do you do different than what I have already been trying?
Answer:
Sometimes it is just a different voice but our experience working with kids and adults is the biggest thing. Each lesson is a little different but our experience allows us to analyze the issues the rider is having and then use certain "key words" to fix the problem.
Question:
My child is really apprehensive about trying to ride, what happens if they refuse to participate?
Answer:
We have worked with many kids and very rarely are we unable to get a kid to participate.
Question:
Where do the lessons take place?
Answer:
Most lessons take place at local parks and schools. A large parking lot or blacktop is the ideal place for children to learn how to ride.
Question:
Do you work with adults?
Answer:
Yes, it is never too late to learn how to ride a bike
